Welcome, and thank you for your interest in BusyTime ("we," or "us") and our websites at busytime.org (the "Sites"), as well as all related websites, networks, hardware, and other services provided by us (collectively, together with the Sites, the "Service") operated by BusyTime USA, LLC.

The information we collect on the Service:

BusyTime "Services" do not collect or store any "pesronally identifiable" information.

BusyTime "Services" will ask and retain your permission for accessing data on 3rd party services. These 3rd party services may be provided by multiple companies depending on which ones you elect to participate in. Examples of these services providers might include Google Calendar API.

BusyTime does not have access to user data exchanged bewteen the User and the Service, including but not limited to calendar events, settings, or tasks. Through a dashboard made available by the Service Provider, BusyTime has access to aggregated and summarized analytical information about the use of the Service, such as total number of requests by all users or rate of errors.

Information collected by 3rd parties:

BusyTime is not responsible for the information collected by 3rd parties, and it is the responsibility of the "users" to locate and understand the 3rd party privacy policies.

Data Storage:

These permissions granted by the "Users" are stored on the "Services" and are only used for the sole intent of providing the "Services" to the "Users". This and all supporting information is contained on the hardware portions of the "Services" and are not shared with anyone outside of the 3rd party services, and only with the intent to provide the "Services" to the "Users".

Privacy Policy Changes

Although most changes are likely to be minor, BusyTime may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and in BusyTime's sole discretion. BusyTime encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the "Services" will constitute your agreement with this Privacy Policy.
